At Pharmacy OneSource we know that each new customer we earn signals the beginning of a multiyear partnership... and we take that responsibility seriously. Our approach to customer partnerships is to develop a deep understanding of your clinical and financial goals for the duration of time that we are in business together, well before a single project manager or IT person begins an implementation project. We apply our knowledge about you to structure an appropriate implementation plan that is captured in an agreed-upon statement of work. Then, and only then, do we kick off our implementation work.

As part of our standard package, our clinical, project management and IT staff members will work with you in several phases according to the established project plan. In conjunction with your staff, we complete an on-site clinical and workflow assessment, configure the application in a staging site for data validation, and provide on-site training. We also develop a transition plan that will help you introduce the new software into your hospital's workflow to maximize adoption among team members.

You will interact with our staff during all phases of implementations through a mix of weekly teleconference meetings and scheduled on-site visits. Before a contract is ever signed with us, we will have collaborated with you to define the scope of our services and success metrics.

Our commitment to helping you achieve your goals does not stop upon go-live. As part of the implementation process, we assign and actively involve a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will assume responsibility of the ongoing partnership with you and your staff, guiding their efforts towards the agreed-to success plan. We also offer ongoing technical support and training, all coordinated through your Customer Success Manager.
